Sunflame Enterprises — complaint for charging service charge for buying burners | |||
We are using sunflame glass top gas stove - 4 burner for around 5 yrs I wanted to change the burner and inquired with your authorised service centre: Name:m/s. Sarvesh enterprises Service center:586/523, anna salai, teynampet chennai-18 Phone no.:[protected],[protected],[protected] Email id:[protected]@rediffmail.com I spoke to one who said that changing burner will need a technician visit who will charge 450+ gst alongwith the cost of brass burners. My point is whey do i need a technician to change the burners? The old burners are just removable and replaceable thats it. Why do they expect us to pay for the technician cost? I also faced an issue with the technical failure of auto ignition which was not working, and even after paying the technician cost, the lighter was not working at all, and we were just dragged a day after day since then and we finally left the matter. This happened 2 yrs back. How do you want a customer to handle such a greedy and inefficient service centre who aim only for raising collections? Was this information helpful? | |||
