Bought a 3 Burner stove just five months back. There is a gas leakage from one of the burner and complaint is been registered on 24th Nov vide No. ALL[protected]. Got an assurance that even though it take 48 hours to rectify, as a priority basis of the complaint, servicing would be done within the same day. Sorry to say that in spite of calling many times, you people are not bothered to come and rectify the issue. I have not seen such a pathetic service.
It is a gas leakage and me and my family is very much afraid o[censored]sing the same. I tried explaining the same to the call center but for them life our life is not at all important. Was this information helpful? |
