I bought a geyser from sunflame it got failed within two months. Then i contacted their local authorized dealer. They came and inspected the geyser. Finally they informed me that the coil got failed and they promised me within one week the problem will be resolved. It is almost more than 6 weeks now, till now they have not yet resolved the problem. They even not responding to calls. They are not attending warranty repairs. I have purchased one Juicer Mixer Grinder Crystal, Product Sr. No. APP17001216 in the month of September 2017. Suddenly on October 2017 motor is not working at the time of grinding spices. I do not understand what I do, please suggest or guide me what is the correct procedure of replacement or checking the equipment by the company.
