I bought the chimney on 24 oct 2018. (Sunflame 60cm 1100 m3/hr auto clean ductless chimney (Ch rapid 60 dx, 2 baffle+charcoal filters, touch control, steel/grey).
After 8 months, it started making lots of noise, i called customer care number[protected] raise one complaint on 29-july-2019, every time i call for status, they just replying we are taking on high priority and concern team will contact.
Already 4-times contacted them.
Now i can't use the chiney due very high noise.
My complaint no.:- all[protected].
