[Resolved] Sunflame Enterprises — mixer grinder | |||
I had purchased a sunflame legend mixer grinder (Serial no 15emj05364) from army csd canteen on dated 05 april 2016, the mixer stopped working suddenly, So i approached sun enterprises, gandhinagar, bholakpur, secundearbad 50003. For service on 3 feb 2018, they checked / inspected by technician and as per him motor winding burnt/not working and due to warranty date is available upto 05 april 2018 it is serviced or replaced free. They received the item receipt no -383. And the delivery date given as 24 feb 2018 as per receipt. On 26 feb 2018, i've got call from agency that due to our neglegency, the wiring had burnt inside and the motor winding is ok, the technician advised to change wiring inside first and if it works ok or else bring back to sun enterprises they will putup the case in head office and then they will respond.
