Sunflame Enterprises — Not responding - sunflame cooler motor is not working and under warranty

I have contacted through customer care [protected] for registering call for not working motor in sunflame cooler on 14/03/2022. I have received phone number of Hanuman enterprises, [protected]. He did not called me even after four days. While I called him, he told me and he will send the person on 19/03/2022. But nobody came and called on that day. While I call back him, he is not responding and disconnecting the phone. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. While approaching agian to customer care, they are not correctly giving the information, when the person comes to resolve issue.
