Sunflame Enterprises — regarding disappointment with sunflame product | |||
This is in reference to the sunflame modular 4 knobs gas. It was brought in march from r. K vision, lodhi colony, new delhi but placed in june due to corona lockdown. The concerned engineer placed it in place on 25th of june. You can cross check it with customer care details and the concerned engineer who placed it. We used it first on 29 june 2020. To my utter surprise, its a sheer waste of money. We used to like sunflame but it was a sheer disappointment this time. Let me mention you one buy one details of this particular product. I would definitely like to have a word with the manufacturer of this particular product. 1- there is no distance between 1st and 4th holders. The holders are almost touching each other. So even if you want to make two dishes at same time, one cant due to lack of space. 2- while switching on the 1st knob for 1st burner, both the burner (1st and 2nd) show ignited flame sound. So by that, one is definitely confused which one is going to work. 3- there is no high-low adjusting thing. You need to make it either in high flame on one burner or low flame on another burner. 4- the 1st burner started showing issues within 2 days o[censored]se. It doesn't light up on his own. I need to wait for few minutes or have to use matchstick to ignite it. 5- there is no enough space between all the 4 burners. You cant even think of making 4 items at same time!! 6- the on-off button is so close proximity of the burners that the buttons are almost on fire while the flame is on. One can burn the hand with the buttons only. I am really disappointed with this model. Please kindly exchange it or replace it. After spending so much hard earned money into this kind of product is not worth it. This particular product of sunflame is waste of money. We asked the buyer to replace it but he said he cant help it. We might have brought it in march but we placed it on 29 june 2020. This can be confirmed by the sunflame customer care and the engineer who placed it. Please find enclosed pictures with labeling mentioned in them. Please replace it or do something. I have not received any callback form SUNFLAME department yet!!!
Days will pass by with no revert from their side and in the end they will say that its been days and you have used this product and blah blah. I can't use that gas stove. Its very tough to make and can only make two dishes one time inspite of 4 burners!!!
