Sunflame cooker hood amaze 60 auto clean dx chimney glass top got broken on feb 4th. From 6th feb we have kept calling sunflame they told with in 10 days we will get glass and fix it. Till now that 10 days did not completed. I started mailing them from april 2nd 2018 on 9th may technician came to see what is the issue, they told they will fix the glass top with in a week or 10 days but till now no one turned up. We are calling them constantly but everytime they say it takes another 1 week to get the glass top. First service center did not do well it seems so in april mid they gave the service center to different agency. This complaint is from hyderabad, complaint number 215.
