Sunflame Enterprises — Sunflame dealer and after sell service are worse | |||||
I bought a table top sunflame gas stove from snapdeal of 2500 rs just a week ago. But on the very first day, i got the problem with left side burner. When i put it to sim, the flame is switched off, which should not be. But the right burner is working properly. I had asked the seller to replace the product. But instead of replacing the seller asked me to contact local service center. I asked the sunflame service center to service the product. But it looks like they are just playing with customers. Each and everyday they are promising the customers that they will send someone to service the product but they are not. I am waiting more that 1 week on this issue. Please look into this matter. Sunflame Enterprises customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 06, 2017 adesh seth's response Nob is not working correctly pls look into this matter and repair it as it is in warranty period.
