You are a chore company A fake customer care people Deepak Never buy this product i have complaint about my gas burner hob which is being getting problem any now and then this company engineers and service centre are abusive hungry for money and their main number never register a complaint and tell us to mail at customer are this is a wreck company. And never worth a penny or purchase We are not here to listen abusing language from the service center of rohini employees mister jha, rajesh and satish They are not picking the phone thereafter and using the abusive language. I tried to call the number given of faridabad lady +[protected]not ready to listen the complain and forward the call without evening listening to issue. Surrinder picks up the call never register a gas chula complaints. Rather he want me to complain about the service centre to this email id and disconnected the phone. Thisis a fraud company who do not know how tot reat to the customer or do the customer care after sales. I will go to all social media, consumer court and police for the help. This clearly shows i have purchased on 22 feb 2018 company is just passing the warranty period so that they can extort money from the customer. There is no help from any helpline numbers Can you please tell Why my complaint was not registered in first go on common number why surinder whant me to complain about rohini employee Why no follow up was given by the engineer who visited the the home and wanted 500 rupees to fix the gas when its in warranty, This is a chor fraud company. The person on the common contact number was more happy to give me customer care email to contact the customercare and just tell about how abusive the rohini centre was and how abusive the person coming to my home for service to my wife.
