We purchased Sunflame Optima geyser on November, 2016. It worked very well for about one and half month. In January, 2017 it started giving problems of water tank leakage. Then we made call to customer care. What they do in reply is provide another phone number saying that call on this number as we do not deal in your locality/area. When we call the number provided then the person receiving call on this number provide a new number giving the same excuse of area not coming under there service center. And this is going on like this for almost more than two months. We also got another companies appliances and when we complain about something they got a centralized complaint/customer care center. The complaint is automatically transfered to the area concerned. Was this information helpful? | |||
