Sunflame Enterprises — Unavailability of the component of desired product for about 6-7 months | |||||
Purchased the geyser on[protected] from one of the SUNFLAME ENTERPRISES outlet in jammu named Pioneer electronics at talab tillo. The complaint was lodged before 6 months that is by last year november or even before that. The invoice number is 1492. But even after that no action has been taken .And even the customer service was the worst because even after calling for even more than one and a half hour none replied to the ring. Today even on (24/4/2017) i again called them many times and told the issue again but there wasn't any action taken. I now request you for the refunding for the product.As the person i was talking to number([protected]) was the one who didnt even bother topick the call.And talking to their members at the outlet in JAMMU is sure a wasteas they are just assuring us for the delivery of product from 6-7 months So now i hope from your side that an action woul be taken as soon as possible. I am having a Sunflame Chimney at my home. One of the motor of the same has stopped working. I am planning to replace the same but is not able to find the replacement. If you can Please help me to arrange the motor it will be a great help.
