I had put in a complaint for my OTG, I gave the model number, and explained exactly what was not working. They gave the the name of the local service centre near my home, which did not call me back, so I called them. They then kept me housebound for 3 days, everyday they would say, today the technician is coming at x time, but let alone x time, they did not come at all. When I phoned them, they said: oh today I am very far away, I can't reach your house, today it is late, shall I come now (8pm) etc etc. On the 5th day the technician turned up without informing, no appointment. Luckily - or unluckily - I was at home. He fiddled about for some time and I realised he had no idea what my complaint was.I asked him, he said, no I don't know. I said: Did they not tell you? He said: No. Then he said, now I am going, I don't have the parts. I phoned the service centre, they said: We can't send him with the parts when we don't know what is wrong, we don't know the model number. I told them that I had given all the information, they said it's okay, he can come again!!! Again? Another 5 or more days, I will be sitting at home, waiting for some clueless technician. Then I called the Sunflame customer care number, after a long time one man answered the phone, barked out: this is the lunch time call again after 1/2 and hour, and cut the phone off. This kind of service is no service at all, it is just an annoyance. I would NEVER have bought a Sunflame product if I had known the after sales service is so useless. Sunflame Enterprises customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 06, 2017 sunilsainiagra's response the service center manager advised me to call customer care, they will solve your problem

I purchased sunflame crystal nexa four burner gas stove on 7.2.17 from Deepak Steel, ghatkopar, Mumbai and within 1wk of purchase glass broke into tiny pieces with a big noise. Luckily no one was injured. Company should replace the gas stove with steel one. Co. should not sell such gas stove which are at high risk to life. Early response awaited

I bought an Induction Cooker SF-IC02 on 17 /03/16. After 10 months, product was not functioning as per expectation .i went to service center at Agra but technician broken the leg of the same while repairing.
