Dear Sir, I m a Customer of Vodafone post paid, my mobile no is [protected].Delhi NCR.sir i hve conection for Rs plan 299, which have 600 mint & 50 pesa local and 60 pesa std call rate, and one Voda fone no. is free .that is every thinh telling by your sales Executive to me when i take connection .but now my mobile bill above 1623.there is no free vodafone no.i have given a voda fone no. to customer care .but they charge full rate on it no. .please solve my problem and reduce my bill amount according to your term and condition which was told to me by your sales executive.i hope you understand my problem .please solve it till i ill pay my bill. thanks & Regards.
