I GOT A YONEX VOTRIC9 RACQUET FOR RS.3850 @ "KING FOOTWEAR AND SPORTS" ON 18/6/2014.THIS IS MY 3RD YONEX RACQUET OF DIFFERENT SERIES.I DOUBTED THIS PRODUCT TO BE DEFECTIVE DUE TO SHOULDER PAIN, BAD PLAY AND THE WHOLE PAINT OF THE RACQUET PEELED AWAY WHICH I DIDN'T EXPERIENCED IN MY OTHER TWO OLD RACQUETS. I COMPLAINTED THIS TO SAME SHOPKEEPER ON 8/9/2014 REGARDING THIS AND SHOWED HIM THE PRODUCT TOO.HE TOOK SOME 15-20 DAYS TIME AND TOLD THE PRODUCT WILL COME LIKE THAT ONLY AS HIS DISTRIBUTOR SAID AND IF POSSIBLE CONTACT "SUNRISE SPORTS INDIA PVT LTD" WHOLE INDIA YONEX PRODUCT SUPPLIERS. I CALLED[protected] AND RECEPTIONIST TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE MS.SHAZIA ON 22/SEPT/2014.I COMPLAINTED ABOUT THE PRODUCT, SHOULDER PAIN AND SAID I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. SHE TOLD ME TO SEND THE RACQUET TO HER FOR INSPECTION.THE RACQUET WAS DELIVERED TO HER ON 25/SEPT/2014 AND CONFIRMED THROUGH PHONE.SHE ASKED ME TO CALL AFTER 3 DAYS AS SHE WILL SEND IT FOR INSPECTION. I CALLED HER ON 28/SEPT/2014 AGAIN.SHE COOLEY SAID THAT MY COMPLAINT WAS REJECTED AS COMPLAINT PERIOD IS ONLY FOR 3 MONTHS.I TOLD HER THAT I ALREADY COMPLAINTED ON 8/9/2014 TO THE SHOPKEEPER WHERE I GOT AND TOOK 15 DAYS TIME.WITH HER IRRELEVANT RESPONSE I ASKED HER TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO SOME OTHER HEAD PERSONS .I TALKED TO ONE MAN, COMPLAINTED ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND MS.SHAZIA'S RESPONSE. HE SAID HE WILL CHECK AGAIN AND ASKED ME TO CALL MS.SHAZIA NEXT DAY. I CALLED ON 29/9/2014 AGAIN, MS.SHAZIA TOLD ME THAT THE PRODUCT WAS REJECTED AS PER MY COMPLAINT AND THEY WILL REPLACE THE PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.SHE ASKED ME TO PUT A COMPLAINT MAIL WITH THE BILL COPY.I ALSO SENT HER A COMPLAINT MAIL REGARDING THE PRODUCT ON Mon, Sep 29, 2014 at 11:40 AM WITH THE BILL COPY ATTACHED. SHE SAID THAT THE SAME PRODUCT WAS NOT IN THE STOCK AND IT WILL TAKE 3/4 DAYS TIME TO DELIVER NEW PRODUCT TO ME. I AGREED. FROM THEN WHENEVER I CALL HER SHE GETS ME IRRELEVANT RESPONSE. *BOSS NOT AVAILABLE *ITS IN SHIPMENT *CALL AFTER 3-4 DAYS AGAIN(6 TIMES HAPPENED TILL NOW) *RECEPTIONIST TRANSFERS THE CALL TO HER BUT SHE WILL NOT PICK(MANY TIMES) *NEVER TRANSFERS THE CALL TO THAT MAN TO WHOM I COMPLAINTED ABOUT HER AND THE PRODUCT *IF I ASK WHEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED, SHE REPLIES YOU ARE NOT THE DISTRIBUTOR. I CANT TELL YOU *I ASKED HER, IF NOT SEND ME A EMAIL WITH YOUR SIGNATURE FOR "THE COMPANY" THE PRODUCT WILL BE SAME AND IT WILL GIVE THE ABOVE ISSUES ALL TIME.SHE REFUSES FOR THAT. *I EVEN ASKED HER TO UPGRADE MY PRODUCT AND THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT I AGREE TO PAY. SHE REPLIED "WE WILL GIVE THE SAME PRODUCT OLY AND ITS IN SHIPMENT CALL AFTER 4 DAYS/5 DAYS *SOMETIMES AGAIN SHE STARTS FROM THE FIRST "WARRANTY PERIOD OVER", "COMPLAINT REJECTED" *THE SAME SERIES IS "OUT OF STOCK" *ALWAYS SAYS THE PRODUCT IS IN SHIPMENT WHENEVER IT COMES ONLY SHE WILL DELIVER ME. *TILL NOW MY OLD PRODUCT IS WITH THE COMPANY *POOR RESPONSE FROM A CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE EVER SEEN *DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER, SHE IS A CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE *80+ CALLS FROM MY 4 NUMBERS(HAVE FULL LIST) *YESTERDAY 30/10/2014 I CALLED AND SAID "CALL AFTER 1 MONTH" *POOR RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY "SUNRISE SPORTS INDIA PVT LTD"-NEWDELHI PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME OUT FOR THIS AND GET ME FAVOUR FOR THIS COMPLAINT

THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED.THEY EXCHANGED ME WITH A NEW RACQUET WITH HIGHER VALUE AND THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT PAID BY ME.BUT THE PERSON MS.SHAZIA TO BE CHANGED FROM THAT POSITION AS I FOUND MR. sharma1992 on Jul 1, 2014 COMPLAINTED THE SAME I DID. HOWEVER THANK YOU "KING FOOTWEAR AND SPORTS" FOR GETTING ME A SOLUTION REGARDING THIS.

Hi Team,

I brought a badminton from your website : with brand name Yonex, on dated 16/03/2020. I have attached the invoice for your reference along with the product image. After we purchased the product, the lockdown rules were implied, due to which I could not place the return or replacement of the product. But, now as per the Amazon policy, I am unable to return or replace. The product s quality is not worth a single penny. Its wires are breaking of its own, they are too fragile.
