I am still awaiting for membership agreement, which should contain detail of all the promises made at the time of payment. I have not received payment receipt also and getting all the lines closed. Along with these details, process / guideline was to be received, which is to be followed to take benefits of membership. Hence, I need refund of my money along with all incidental charges.
