Sunstar Club — Not taking booking even not providing membership card and documents and not refunding my money | |||||
I joined sunstar club at ITC welcome hotel, dwarka, new delhi on 04 February 2017 and made full payment of membership throught POS machine and got the receipt on which Good Luck Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is printed. I do not get my membership card and any document till date even. Their national head and state head refuse to pick my calls even the person from which I took this membership. When ever I visit to their Delhi office F-90/33, Okhla Phase - I, New Delhi, it will remain close every time. It seems its a fraud company I paid 1.20L for red card membership. Event their customer care didn't connected to customers. When I placed a booking for lansdowne, uttrakhand they mail me of refusing my booking because of no tie up with hotels. Even when i cross-checked with the hotel list whom which they tie up they refuse and they clearly said that company is totally fraud their is no such tieups with this sunstar clubs. I want my money back. Pls help me. Let me introduce you some familier names of this company: 1) Mr. Jitender, Delhi region Head 2) Mr. Rahman, Sales officer at ITC welcome, dwarka, New delhi 3) Mr.Subhash, MRD, Sunstar club 4)Mr. Nanda, 5)Ms. Banpreet, Delhi customer help desk incharge 6) Mr. Dharmender, national Head, sunstar club All are culprits and making fool of innocent people.
