Sunworld Roto — goods not delivered after payment

After payment of 780000 my good are not delivered.I had loged a complaint against sunworld roto to Indiamart in November 2017 .I got the complaint no as 1906227 which is till pending from last six month.All documents of quotation, Payment receipts are submitted to Indiamart and all the time I call to them they just give assurance of solving the complaint.
