I would want to bring to your attention the service you are providing is absolutely poor, i travel from holiday inn new ashok nager to rapid metro gurgaon phase ii, for 7:10 am, inspite of getting confirmation through sms regarding particular ride, there is no surety that the vehicle will come or not, and person is at the mercy of these people, who don't even inform the passenger whether the vehicle will come or not 1 hour before, people have wait till 20 to 25 minutes already getting late to office, its only after the alloted time they inform during this time neither reschedule or cancellation happens, but when shuttl people they want to cancel they take there own sweet time. Also none of the people pick the call.

When so many people are travelling from these location its better to improve the service rather than cheating the consumer, with the cheaper fare and boasting about your services.

Hi Sir,

This is Naresh I travel from New Ashok Nagar to Rapid Metro Phase II Gurgaon, shuttle service at 7:10 am, today we got sms at 7:15, sorry the bus has broken down Vehicle No 9421, hence you have to arrange yourself or reschedule your trip, if that is so why we are informed late, if bus has gone for repair either you could have send the separate bus or at least inform the passenger at least 1 hour in advance so that they can make there own arrangement, also most important through GPRS we can locate from map where exactly vehicle is located, it has been seen GPRS is kept off thereby we are not able find position of the bus.

Hi Sir,

This is reference to My booking yesterday for today’s 7:10 am with booking id 4053441, but its surprising that I was given vehicle no as UP16DT6822 with no timing of reaching at New Ashok Nagar, with no intimation that vehicle booked will come at 8:30 am instead of 7:10 am. Because of this I had reschedule the booking again for same time 7:10 am, luckily I had got seat. But this sort of goo[censored]p without informing inspite of booking vehicle for 7:10 am and getting rescheduled at 8:30 am without informing passenger its really bad on your part.

If this sort of thing happens its better to have own arrangement.

Please clarify your stand

Dear Sir,

This is bring to your notice for past 2 days the goo[censored]p which is happening in your shuttle app, when I have booked for 7:09 am for today ride 17th May, how is it without informing it has booked for 8:49 am, and there is no courtesy call from your end that your shuttle has got rescheduled from 7:09 to 8:49, because of this is causing tremendous inconvenience, as we wait at stop we come to know vehicle which has allotted for 7:09 has reschedule to some other slot.

To make my point clear I am attaching the jpeg of bookings done from end and next day morning your app without informing books the vehicle for 8:49 and with no mail from you that timing has got changed.

Really very bad service, and top of today when we open none of the timing are showing open when we open at 8:00 am all the are booked.

Since this reschedule which has happened without informing consumer you have to oblige to extend the number of dates for ride.

Dear Sir,

Inspite of repeated mail having no response from your end, I have decided to Cancel and no further trips to be taken, as your app based does not open at allotted time which your app mentions ie 8:00 am previous day for next day booking, but when I had spoken to your customer service they have altogether different story to tell, they tell that the person who starts booking from 1st stop their app gets opens bit earlier, even that also we tried that also but nothing happens. Because o[censored]npredictable service provided by your company its better to quit your service as we cannot put my job at risk.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your attention that I had booked yesterday for today’s shuttle at 7:25 am (31st May 2017) ie from New Ashok Nagar to Rapid Metro Gurgaon Phase 2, With booking id 4266141, instead of dropping at Rapid Metro Gurgaon Phase 2, I was made to deboard at Cyber City Flyover End, it has inconvenience to me, with vehicle No DL1VB9412, if this is the service you are going to provide, its better to cancel the entire ride which we have booked. From Cyber City Flyover to my office at Rapid Metro Gurgaon Phase 2, I had to take Auto, he had charged Rs 50/- either you have to refund the booking which I have done or you have credit Rs 50/- to my next rides.

Also please clarify your stand, if you cannot adhere to the bookings which has been done its better cancel all the rides.

Dear Sir,

Again the same problem the Vehicle no DL1VB9421 from Holiday Inn New Ashok Nagar Red Light to Rapid Metro Gurgaon Phase 2, with timing for 7:10 am did not turn up till 8:21 am, proof of the same is being attached.

This is creating so much of frustration neither you people inform the public vehicle is cancelled or Rescheduled, and neither it gets cancelled, You are advised to extend the trip days as there has been so many cancellation, and especially on Monday your vehicle does not come.

Please let me know whether should I cancel entire ride as the rides are becoming unpredictable.

Hi Sir,

This again bring to your attention how poor your service has been, I had booked for 7:10 am from New Ashok Nager to Rapid Metro Phase II Gurgaon for 8th June with Booking id no 4340705, with Vehicle No DL1VB9421, with vehicle did not turn up, though ride was refunded, by 7:19, if you people know the vehicle is not going to turn up why is it you give late intimation of vehicle getting cancelled or rescheduled, its better if you inform 30 minutes before the allotted time, so that person gets enough time to arrange him/her self for other mode of transport. Its really bad on your part its only after waiting for extra 10 to 15 minutes at the stop you inform customer whether its getting reschedule or cancelled. From very beginning I have been saying your app does not work either the driver does not switches on the app, or mobile which he has been provided to driver does not know to operate.

If you cannot improve your services better not take the passenger for a ride and fooling him.
