Super Shoppee Mart — A company of conmen!

In continuation to my complaint dated 20 October 2015, I have to describe the only interaction I had with this fraudulent company ‘SUPER SHOPPEE MART’ thereafter. I was contacted by a Ms. Priya (phone number [protected]) from this fraudulent company (Super Shoppee Mart.) I ask her to arrange to take back their so-called Ayurvedic medicinal packs (that is nothing but rubbish anyway!) and to return my money with interest. Result: She just laughs! I remind her that her company had at the time of solicitation of Dealership assured 4-5 delivery orders per day and that promise had not been honored. Result: She just laughs! I remind her that as per her company’s terms of Agreement, a Distributor could terminate his distributorship and the company would take back the stock and refund the money. Result: She just laughs! I repeat that they have conned me and that I wanted my money back with interest till the date they pay me back. Result: She just laughs! I draw her attention to the fact that they had taken my money and appointed me as their Distributor for the Mumbai region. They had never honored their promises or commitments. Yet they continue to advertise again for distributors for Mumbai. I ask as to why this was done? Result: She just laughs! I tell her that Super Shoppee Mart. had very systematically but in a cunning manner conned me out of my money. To cheat people is actually their business and now they were out to trap more people and con them. Result: She just laughs! I tell her that even the activity of conning is done in a very systematic manner by them. I don’t know if she considered that as a compliment! Result: She just laughs! I ask her if their company has no fear of the law! Result: She just laughs! I tell her if they don’t return my money back with interest, I will initiate legal action against their fraudulent company. Result: She just laughs! I ask if the only reason for her calling me was to laugh at one of the many victims that they had conned. Result: She just laughs! (End of call). I guess these people are professional conmen who have no fear of the law and carry on their activities of swindling and defrauding people with absolute impunity! It does not seem that me lodging a complaint on the Consumer Complaints site is going to overly worry these conmen or deter them from continuing with their fraudulent activities. Besides other evidences, I also have the pictures of the 2 main conmen from this fraudulent company. (Mr. Priyank Dwevedi & Mr. Nitin Banerjee). I have their pictures as I had visited the office of this fraudulent company at Indore, M.P before agreeing to be their distributor. They stated they had many other business ventures and also claimed to have hundreds of acres of land! Now I am not surprised about that either considering that they are professional conmen! And the crusade against these conmen will continue…...
