Super Shoppee Mart — Fraudulent Company

I would like to lodge my strong complaint against a fake and fraudulent company called ‘Super Shoppee Mart’. I had responded to their advertisement on the Quikr site in the month of July 2015. Thereafter a Mr. Nitin Banerjee from this company got in touch with me. He gave me an offer to take up the dealership of the company wherein I was required to get their products delivered to their customers in Mumbai region. I made a payment of Rs. 80000 to this company on 10th August 2015. I was promised that I would be provided at least 4-5 leads on a daily basis. Then they delivered to me a few packets of their so-called Ayurvedic products. There were no orders forthcoming from this company for many days. When I asked Mr. Nitin about this he said that their company was in the process of starting a teleshopping promotion on September 20, 2015 and thereafter the orders would start on a regular basis. Then there was a period when Mr. Nitin Banerjee would not answer the phone or respond to my emails. Thereafter when I send him an email threatening to complain against their company, I was contacted by a Mr. Firoz Khan. Then there were a few letters from their side with profuse apologies for not being able to keep up to their commitment and assurances that the video material for their teleshopping promotion purpose was in the final stages and would start shortly. Thereafter Mr. Firoz Khan and Ms. Jennifer DSouza from this company assured me that they would start a newspaper promotion for their products immediately in a Hindi or Marathi newspaper in Mumbai. Thereafter these people would either not answer phone calls or reply to emails. On my persistence, they would only again offer vain promises. This is a company out to swindle people off their money. This company had taken my money appointing me as their dealer to deliver their products to their customers in complete Mumbai region. Today, they have again advertised on the Quikr site that they need dealers for Mumbai region! The conmen from this company is out to prey on new people and con them to part with their money! This is how this company advertises – “Offer for Best Business Opportunity…. No doubt, it is the best business opportunity for this company. They trap unsuspecting, innocent people with sweet-talk and swindle their money! How easy is that and is there any business opportunity better than this for them to make money? I have written to this company asking to terminate this dealership and to return my money back, but they refuse to do so. Today we have online lottery scams, credit card frauds, etc., just to name a few which are viewed very seriously by the law enforcement authorities. The fraudulent activities of this company Super Shoppee Mart. is nothing but open daylight robbery! Today when our government states that they are serious in their fight against various frauds, scams and corruption, etc., can they turn a blind eye to such fraudulent companies like Super Shoppee Mart. who carry on with their deceitful activities and cheat people of their money so openly and without any fear!? I have got all the details like the names, telephone numbers, email records, etc. to substantiate all my statements and to prove how unethical and fraudulent this company called ‘SUPER SHOPPEE MART’ is! We could collectively device strategies to take up this crusade against this fraudulent company so they don’t continue with defrauding gullible people with their “SUPER” offer. It could be a long struggle and we may have to knock on many doors, but if we persist we should get justice and our money back. Moreover, it would also be a huge service to humanity at large providing information and thereby protecting them against conmen. If there is also any conscientious reader from the legal fraternity who shares my ideology to always stand up for the truth, I would appreciate his response with advise of how best to proceed in this situation.
