Supercombos India — Defective power bank received | |||||
Dear Sir, I have ordered MI power bank 20800mah on 29/11/2015 worth 499/- through COD. my order id was [protected]. Got delivery on 03/12/2015 through GOJAVAS. when i opened the box, it does not contain Invoice and found that power bank is not working.looks like a dummy power bank. Then i raised online compalin on 03/12/15 to supercombos.they replied (from fb.[protected]@gmail.com)me to call me back with 48hrs. and returns the product within week.but till date no call or mail recieved from them.
