Sir,
I was purchased a superflame swift ceiling fan 1200mm (Brown colour) on 15.03.2019 from sub canteen ftr, ssb, guwahati. But on 28.03.2019, the said fan has suddenly stopped working. Immediately i was contacted with customer care service and a technician was came to my home. After examined, he advised me to replaced the same from the retailer only and nothing also. Accordingly, i have deposited the same at sub canteen ftr, ssb, guwahati for replaced. After a month, the retailer informed me that there is no any stoke available at their custody. They also stated that they were contacted with the company in this regard. But your company have not give any interest to fulfil the demand.
therefore, i request you to kindly fulfil my demand as soon as possible though many time of mine have been lost.
