At first i decided to take admission at chandigarh university in b. Sc (Cs) so by paying registration fee of ra. 10000 i booked my seat there but due to some reasons i am not able to take admission there so i wanted the refund of my registration fee. Please guide me about this.

As per the terms of that supermax company i have paid the amount of 37500/-(processing fees + application fee) and they sent the bond papers to get signed, I did all the signatures and sent the papers they came back to my home as the address is not available, after that i am calling the mobile number It is out of coverage. i was talking with the person named arif ali. please help me kindly and get me my money refunded.
