[Resolved]  Supertech Limited and Proptiger ltd — Refund of token amount

I have given token money Rs 50000 to supertech limited for 2 bhk 930 sq feet flat number 1902 in cv5 tower supertech capetown sector 74 noida through proptiger ltd. They have not yet booked my unit as they need 10% of total amount to do so which is Rs 493960.So they took Rs 50000 in cash for which proptiger has provided me email confirmation for payment of Rs 50000 and stamped form with receival of Rs 50000 both from supertech and proptiger.later on I got some negative feedback of builder and construction quality and project delays from many sites and sources.As they are providing me only top floor.So quality is main concern over here.So i thought to cancel this deal as it is not booked yet as i have not paid 10% of total amount which is mandatory requirement from supertech.So on 27 may 2014 (next day) i called kritika (mob no [protected]) in proptiger to cancel my deal and refund my money.But she is denying for refund.I again called Mr kapil (mob:[protected]) he also did the same. I would request you to help me in getting my hard earned money back.As they are not entertaining my request. Thanks And Regards Puneet Bassi Mob [protected]

I have submitted application to supertech Limited on 30/5/2014 after having words with Mr bharat bhushan bhatia in supertech who is head for sales in capetown project.He told application will go for approval to supertech finance department.But now when i called Mr Kapil (mob:[protected]) in supertech who was looking my case is again refusing to refund the amount.And proptiger employee ktitika is not picking my phone anymore.I would request both proptiger and supertech to stop further harassment and refund my amount.

I also want to know why you are asking for time as you have never hesitated to take cash rs 50000 as token money as no booking is confirmed without 10% of total amount . Also Please send me reciept of rs 50000 as you have only provided email confirmation and handwritten note of receival of Rs 50000 on form...

Mr Smarth i am trying your number from today morning Can you please pick my phone...As you told on 11th june 2014 some one from proptiger consumer cell will accompany me to supertech...I have not received any pointer who i sould cntact when i reach your office in noida...
Can you please confirm that tomorrow my refund will be done ? As going noida time and again from gurgaon is adding more to harassment...
