I had purchased a flat in Supertech Eco Village I in 2013 in Re-Sale.
Paid 95% of Project Value and rest 5% was to be paid on Possession in Dec 2015

On Above Flat Cost - Supertech Asked for Transfer change of Rs.500/- Sq Feet .
The Transfer changes are not more than 1% to 2% of Property Value in General.
This Transfer change is "Illegal and Builder's own plan to loot the buyer " AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Interesting Part - I'm still waiting for my Flat in 2017 October.
Big Cheat and fraud company - Never invest in Supertech.

Paid 95% of property Value and I'm still waiting for my flat in 2017 October to get the possession.
They are taking new bookings, new projects, giving new offers but failed to deliver the old ones -

Paying Rent + EMI from last 7 Years.
Paying All possible taxes as responsible citizen of India
Never Missed any EMI

Nerver Invest in any Project of Supertech Limited.
