Supertech — supertech builder is not paying pre-emi under subvention

I bought a supertech flat, on subvention scheme, especially because it was "emi starts with possession". Now, the possession date is still very far, supertech has also suddenly stopped paying pre-emi, asking the customers us to pay for the same, saying they will make up for the interest amount one would have got from the bank against that amount.

I contacted many persons in supertech but till now no satisfactory response is received. Supertech is not responding to any emails or phone calls, while the outstanding is piling on with the bank.

As we paid 8.5 lacs extra to be in subvention, what is the use for the same if we are paying emi for the construction which was delayed by the builder. Since oct 2019, there is no further process.
