Booked a flat in Supertech Upcountry, Yamuna Expressway in 2012. Possession that was promised as per Builder Buyer Agreement is Feb 2015. The possession has not been handed over. Even construction is not happening since Aug 2016. Even builder is not ready to REFUND OR TRANSFER OF FLAT. Supertech is just playing with hard earned money of people.
