Ma'am three weeks ago i purchased a moto c highly advised by its salesperson and also due to its features. But after using it it showed only 3g not 4g as advertised. My mom recharged for 500rs for the network. But after several visits to the supreme mobiles near new bus stand, salem the person tried his best to clear the doubts but still it is showing only 3g. Moreover the mobile is overheating and not even able to use it for more than 10 minutes. Ma'am please help us in replacing the mobile with a better one. My parents are willing to pay extra money as well. Please try to understand our grievances ma'am.
