As discussed i was to be provided 5 star booking throughout and a decent houseboat! But later as discussed and got to know the view, i requested him to cancel my houseboat stay and shift me to a decent hotel. This request was communicated to him 5 days before the actual checkin to the houseboat. He straight away denied the same. Moreover the payment was made in advance for the trip including the travel by the cab in kashmir, but everywhere, the so called arranged cab was acting like a connecting vehicle to a mid point and we had to pay in cash for an additional cab to the final destination. Which costed us 8000 for 1st day and 5000 for the second day! Further, as per discussions, gondola ride was s part of the package and he had to provide us the tickets for the sae. He provided the tickets for the first phase and not the second phase. Further, the first phase was in operative due to some technical issues, so he is required to refund the amount paid to him for both the phases of gondola ride, which was paid to him in advance. Further he misbehaved over the calls and failed to take the ownership. Was this information helpful? |
