I have given My Car for Service at Koramangala Surakha. It 30K service. Bill came around 10K. I just drove one or 2 two days and noticed that Engine itself not changed( I request for Synthetic which cost around 3200/-). Just went there again he told i had replaced it Sir after week it will be ok. Then i drove for 10 days and it still the its same noice and all coming in cabin.My doubt is clear now i went maruthi Genuine Shop bought the Oil and Oil filter and got it replaced from Out side mechanic. Now immediately I can see the difference it very smooth and running fine.
It looks big fraud happened for me. Loss off 3200+350( Oil filter). I will be not going to then again. Was this information helpful? | 
I have purchased Ertiga car from Electronic city showroom and 2nd time i have given car for service at koramangala after the service immediately i reported the car power down (Pickup down )to the service center they just cleared the indication using the laptop and gave me the vehicle after some time again i faced the problem and told them this has happened after the service in kormangala show room they said its failure of TURBO which cost around 30K, I am really shocked how 30000 KM ran vehicle get Turbo failure ? And still I could not find the solution from them.
They also said they can check the turbo only if another ertiga vehicle comes it means they can replace our vehicle parts with other vehicle...
