Suresh Babu — not responding for all in one hp 5820 printer installation

Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased hp 5820 printer on 06/10/2017 & invoice no is asrn-4858 at pai shopping mall. Mall people instructed me to call hp customer care for installation. I've tried several times at last i send a mailed the subject regarding installation of printer, past 3 days hp people harassing me like any thing and wasted my 3 days valuable time. Still no one is responding and my case id is hp-407819. I'm feeling shame that hp person response. Please help me and resolve this problem.
