Surf Excel — Surf to my surprise created rashes and mild burns

I picked up surf excel from big bazaar last month and my mom has rashes in her hand and burns in her palm not sure surf has turned out to be a disaster. Am not going to buy surf anymore it's dangerous and spread the word every where I can send pics of the burns and rashes, this is very evident it's due to surf after washing clothes immediately the itching is heavy and hand turns red. Please stop cheating people. This is sad how can well done brand do this
