Surya Palace — broken sofa provided by this fraud people for 38500 | |
We purchases this sofa in an exhibition in surya palace vadodara... Organised by mr shailesh from sarjanam /creative publications.in exhibition people looked professional and promising with high quality sofas at display. We ordered atlas model, after paying advance of rs 15000, but after a almost 2 months or so after repeated calls... The delivery did not happen. And finally when they delivered the product the sofa was not of the quality we saw in the exhibition and also broken. We have been cheated with 38500... Requesting consumer forum to help us in this and also vadodara/mumbai police to catch these fraudsters. People beware of these people and exhibitors all are involved and cheat people and make money. You called only once which I could not pickup as I was driving. After that I called several times back, you did not pickup the call.
Please replace my sofa immediately, then I will provide you positive remark.

It's a matter of time, somebody will definitely catch you & punish you for kind cheating you are doing.

Yes Arthvit...there is a team behind this. We need to catch those exhibitors who call such fraud people without checking the background..again it's matter of time..let them cheat people for some more time..
In connection to above complaints I also wishes to add that recently in February 2018, there was Furniture exhibition in Ahmedabad, whereby Dezigner Company has booked good space and were seems to be professional looks very enthusiasm and good number of marketing people, and about 80-90 booking were made, Myself Chitranjan Bharadia have a booking of 3+2+2+Launger Sofa about Rs. 93000/- and 50 % of the amount has been paid in 2-3 days time, we were assured that within 3 weeks ( maximum 4 weeks), Sofa will reach to us, however since last 2 weeks, I am trying to contact these guys specially owner Kunalbhai +91 [protected] and their other number +[protected] and their landlinen umber[protected] but either no reply, no answer, which seems that they have blocked our numbers, who continuously follow-up with them for the delivery, their address as mentioned in the booking details is as Dezigner (Furniture and Interiors) having address at Plot No 217, Munshi Estate, Near Kiran Motors, Opp Purohit Hotel Sarkej Sanand Road, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad.
We are trying to contact exhibitors as we have called them before booking that whether you have checked credential and are these people are genuine, then they have told us that they are genuine and you can book furniture with them.
So I am facing the problem, then probably all the 80-90 persons, who booked furniture with them in recent Ahmedabad Exhibition must be having some same problems, so we need to make collective efforts and make complain against these persons so that they may not cheat others...

I wish I had read the reviews before booking my sofa. The person in the exhibition, Abdul, is a very unprofessional, rude and unethical person, always blaming the customer. First he gave promises about what he will deliver in the given price and immediately denied any such promises. I have been calling him on +9 [protected] but he hardly picks up (either switched off or he cuts the call and sends message I will call you later, but never calls). Since last 1 week, he is saying that because of Ramzan he is unable to pickup. He suggested to call after 11am. So I started calling him and another contact he gave - Raju (+91 [protected]). When I talked to Raju, he said the sofa will be delivered by Tuesday. But since last 2 days his phone is completely switched off. I called him after 5pm on Tuesday and after 11am on Wednesday but phone was switched off. Then I called Abdul but he rudely said that I am being unreasonable in calling them during Ramzan after 9pm. I told him I have not done that but he kept blaming me. He would just not listen to what I was saying.
There is one more person in this whole scam, Mr. Dilip (aka Anna) who was polite during the exhibition but whenever called, he would just cut the call and send auto replies (I will call you later). His contact number given is +91 [protected].
Any guidance on how to get the sofa or refund from this fraud people, will be highly appreciated. I am willing to file complaints and go to court if required. I just need some guidance on how to proceed.

I can understand the problem you have faced. but after coming across your problem and checking the pics you sharad with our people our team tried calling you and intact I tried calling you but you never attended even my call.
also the sofa delivered to you is not broken .. this sofas are dismentalable and knock down Concept . so in transport may be the arm rest is dismentalled. and needs to be fixed which offcourse can be done by our technicians only.
also to your information we don't want our customers to suffer by any means in your case nor you had a word with our service team and nor you picked my call when I tried calling u personally.
also all this sites are not government operated ... this are Private sites.
in fact actual help or service can be done at our and only.

if you want solution will arrange to send technician to assemble the piece and I repeat its not broken needs reassembly and my people will make it perfect at your residence itself.
pls do not panic and have trust in us.
