I have purchase LED-5W fitting (one feet long) from M/s Ashoka Electricals, 35, Latouche road, Lucknow on dated 23.06.2015 bill no-562( shop phone no[protected], But after few day my LED-5W tube light not working. presently I am leaving in BGR township, Dhaligaon, chirang (Assam). So please give me solution regarding LED-5W tube light replacement or repaired at current place.

I have purchased 2 Wall Fans of Surya Roshni last year in the month of August and September 2016 bearing nos. 3569 and 3597 both have stopped rotation.
