Suryabala Honda Coimbatore — Service complaint @ suryabala honda Thiyagi kumaran street, sukrawarpet CBE-01

At the time of service register they given estimation of rs.1450 and asked for amc that i refused. After two days i got call and they were asking about some of part changes and it will come total 3 to 3.5 thousands (Including all) again i agreed. On 13/5 i got call for vehicle is ready and total amount is rs.3331. That also i agreed and i requested them for door delivery. Again on sunday morning 14/5 they called and asked about delivery then again i requested for door delivery and we both agreed for delivery on monday 15/5/17 morning by 10am.
As i m waiting but no response from suryabala honda service center.
After 3 days folloup on 16/5/17 morning 10.30am i reached to service staition to take delivery and they were unable to issue computer bill but they given me manual receipt for rs.3331 (Including amc book).
Now real fraud starts...
When i asked for old parts or tools which they replaced and details of parts they were searching here and there and then suddenly they are telling sir there is billing mistake and u have to pay excess amount. I requested for detailed bill but again they are unable to give and i request them to show atleast open tha vehicle and show me which part newly installed but they are just telling to wait for 5 min-10min. But till 11.30 they were not in condition to clarify the issue and vehicle condition also was dusty and not properly cleaned.
No body knows whether they are changing the parts or just raising the bills.
My question are-
1) when i m following from last 4 days and and they always telling of rs.3331 then suddenly how its increased?
2) what about water service? Because condition of vehicle was dirty.
3) why they are not ready to open the vehicle and show the new replaced parts?
4) if 3 is not possible then why they not giving old parts?
5) what about waste of time and auto charges what i paid to reach there and again i come back without of my vehicle.?
