Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited — Enquiry about fixed deposit

I am a retired person and wish to fix deposit 5-10lacs in Sarvoday Bank. This bank has opened a branch in our city-Indore, M. P & has approached me for FD for 3-4yrs at slightly higher interest rate than SBI. kindly confirm if this bank is licenced by you to accept FD for 4yrs. Will it be safe to invest in this bank or any other scheduled bank and for how many years the license has been issued. Please advise at the earliest.
