Sushant Samal — axis bank my account is beneficiary frozen

My name is Sushant Samal my account is a saving account I have withdrawn only fee times in this month with transfer... but my mobile axis mobile app no transfer limits also they message me that my account beneficiary frozen what is this problem I am suffering with so many days please give any suggestion to unlock my mobile app for transferring funds to another s account no_[protected] please check and give me reply as possible

frozen. I am currently in Mumbai now and i cannot reach bank to discuss this thing in personal. Humbly requesting to please activate my account so that i will initiate the funds transfer to my account.

I will be highly thankful.
