I sushma singh and ranjit singh (Who is retired air force officer) writing this letter on behalf of 3000 thousand people who have booked flat in lohagaon pune in year 2011. Myself have paid 3 lakh and 65 thousand for booking two flats in lohagaon, pune project in 2011, there was two booking offices for lohagaon project one at khadki and another at rasta peth. I had booked from khadki office. The builder name is samyak nivas haq sangh under bhim foundation and the address is 17b bmc compound dr baba saheb ambedkar road parel east mumbai 400120. The chairman of this organisation is madhukar suryabansi mobile no is [protected]. Sir he has taken booking amount in 2011 from 3000 people of pune minimum amount of booking is 1 lakh but he hasn't started the project yet. Many of the people have cancelled the booking and taken the cheque. But all the cheques given by samyak has bounced even my cheque of 365000 have also bounced. I register my complain at khadki police station, they have stamped my application but hasnot register fir as yet. Other peoples have register their complain at samarth police station. Wayback in 2015. But no action has been taken as yet.
Sir pl inquire about the case and arrest him. Lot of people are suffering, this is a very very big scandal. Please do something.
