[Resolved]  Suv Solutions, Gujarat — Fake Job and then threatening for money

Hello sir,
I was searching for online jobs and one day I got call from Suv Solutions for data entry job of form filling. They asked me for aadhar card and 2 mobile nos. Then I provided them same. Then they made an Agreement online by singing it digitally. Then i submitted my work where i have to achieve 90℅ accuracy. & when I submitted my QC got failed. But how it's possible as i has checked my work twice. And there was no single mistake in that. Then they messaged me for pending panalty of Rs. 6700/-.Which I paid them in good faith. Then they provided me 2 options 1.Continue work 2.Terminate the contract.
Where to continue work they said I have to pay 3months deposit in advance. Which is not anywhere specified in agreement. Or to terminate contract I have to pay for 18950/- . I paid 18950/- to terminate the agreement. But then they said I have to come to gujarat to sign the termination agreement. Which is not possible for me to do. Then they said to digitally sign the agreement I have to pay 15500/- And I denied for that. Then I searched on google about them. Then I come to know that there is no such company is in existence and they are doing fraud. Now when I refused to pay them 15500/- they sent me legal notice. In which they only specified amount of Rs. 6700+ 3500.and nowhere mentioned about 18950/-.
Kindly do the needful and make sure that this persons get punished so that nobody else should be in there trap.
