I drop my Suzuki Paraman Motors, on 21st Mar'15. And i said want to change break shoe and mileage adjust, and oil change general services, he said amt value of rs.1500 for this services . And i take my bike on eve 7o clock they put the bill value of Rs. 2407 ( additionally they changed Air filter ) when i take my bike break was not working . I asked service person Mr.Rajasekar regarding this issue, he replied you not said to change the break shoe so we are not changed . But how that bill value come Rs.1500 without change the break shoe.
they replied so done some other activity. I don't know why they doing like this. once the service man enter the amount in Card, finally they put the denomination against that amount in bill ( Without changing the goods) .
and they explain we did so and so and compromise to customer.
I complaint to customer care and they take a conference call of paraman motors auditor . He also support to Paraman Motors. I clearly explain to auditor they put the oral denomination to the bill but he's also not agree my point and he said, they done a correct job only you may believe or leave .
