I purchased Access 125 on 14/07/2013 at Roonwal Suziki Motors Pvt Ltd. From the starting the service is not good at Roonwal. For the past four months i am facing the issue of the vehicle getting off while running. I informed this to the service center and gave it for service for 4-5 times and each time i paid Rs 300 - 600. But till now the complaint is not resolved. I raised a complaint at http://www.suzukimotorcycle.co.in/customer_feedback.asp. Again they took the vehicle for service and charged me Rs 300. I paid it and at the time of delievery i did not had the problem of getting off. After 7 - 10 days, i am facing the same problem and it is worse then before. Today i travelled 1 Km and the vehicle got off for 10 - 15 times and each time i risked my life. I had to raise by right hand and ask the vehicle that come at my back to stop. I could never express the difficulty in my words. I have never heared of or experienced such a worst vehicle in my life time., I am in a very high loss after buying this vehicle.
