Suzuki Motors — gift theft

On dated 29th september 2017 i purchased suzuki access 125 from classic suzuki, coimbatore and according to your gold rush offer l got a token no/ confirmation no. For a watch and i was told that the gift will be delivered me through courier service. I waited 1 month. When i did not get the gift i enquired with dealer from where i got a toll free number. Today i contacted the toll free and further enquiry in that number i got information that the gift was delivered from bangalore on 20.10.2017 through st courier service having consignment number i. E.[protected]. After getting track report i came to know that the same was delivered wrongly to some one else.
Therefore i would like to request you to take necessary action against st courier service to deliver me the gift item as early as possible.
