Hi mam /sir,
I'm soniya i booked a electric geyser service thorough customer support service. Intimeservice.com web application service provider given me geyser repair service id is 561997.
The technician came and found the fault saying your geyser thermostat and thermal cutout has to be replaced for 3ltrs and 10 ltrs geyser and i paid 2700 rupees for complete service. He took both the damaged parts saying i have to show this to my company which i replaced.
My complaint is i personally enquired the item cost which he is replaced is very less. Cost of one thermostat is within 200 rupees. He charged more money. Im asking concern technician but no response. My request is what is the actual cost of spare item which he replaced and how i can resolve this issue.
Please do the needful regarding this matter. Thank you
