This is the worst company had ever seen. I have booked a ticket from bengaluru to ongole for the journey on 24 august 2017, (Booked on 26 july 2017) suddenly on 22nd aug they called me and told me that service has been cancelled. So my entire plans to spend some quality of time with my family has been collapsed. And at the same time they are running another service at higher rates. It means they intentionally cancelled the service and kept the service under new service number for higher rates around 3000 in sfestive season. They told me that service cancelled due to non availability of rto approval. Fraud...!!! Fraud...!!! I sincerely request you to don't book tickets in svkdt even though they are offering free service.
