SVM Motors — Too much delay in servicing the vehicle

Submitted my activa scooter for servicing on 29.2.24. till date the vehicle is not delivered and the service team is least bothered to inform me about the delay or the expected time to deliver. So far all the time I ot was contacting them and not a single time they tried reaching out me, inspite of me telling them to inform proactively. The service. manager is so arrogant that even after he was warned by his senior, he was non-commital about the date and used to give elusive reply such as shall deliver by coming Monday or Friday, never by DATES. for last 4.months, I had to go by Auto which is costlier as well as difficult to find at will. I wonder how such person was. picked and what value is he contributing to SVM.
