Dear sir
Today i m admit my father at balasore district head hospital, he told me had used to toilet but the condition of male medicine ward toilet was not useable condition. All the toilet was full of dust how to use a paitient. The authority of hospital don't listen anything. Who is responsible and how we are talk swachh bharat mission was successful.

दुर्ग छ ग नगर निगम के अंतर्गत वार्ड ५९ हैरिटेज स्कूल के पास सफाई वयस्था नहीं कराई जा रही है यहाँ जगह जगह कूड़ा कचरा फेका जा रहा है नगर निगम का कोई भी सफाई कर्मचारी इस जगह नहीं पहुंच रहा है ना ही कचरा लेजाने वाले हाथ ठेला वाले व्यक्ति इस जगह का रुख कर रहे है

Dear sir i am a owner this branch but this branch condition is not fair and clean
i think upgrading the branch but bank team not supporting for this tasks
very bed conditions of this branch...
