Swachh Bharat Abhiyan... — regarding plot full of dumped waste

Through this complaint i want to you to please look forward into the matter below.in thakur colony st no. 1 near mahavir mandir, there is a plot just opposite to our house full of wastage dumped by people of surroundings. Many buffalows and cows started gathering there and lot of smell is there in our surroundings. Same is happening in sewage due to leakage everytime which may cause severe diseases.
