My name is vimal and my address is 104, chanakyapuri, old purulia road, mango, jamshedpur, jharkhand-831012. My neighbour has opened his house waste water outlet without any drainage system and this is causing mosquitoes and insects to flourish and has become an opened 'naala' which in turn causing houses nearby seepage. Very dangerous for environment and humans living nearby. Asked them to keep the outlet in the colony's drainage line many a times but always making excuses.
