I ordered few tablets from this site on 23rd july 2020, i got no into. About delivery so i contacted them through watsaap.. I was informed it will be delivered in 7-10 days, i asked them if they can speed up, they denied, i needed meds urgently so i tried locally. N fortunately got the meds. Today on 23th july 2020 since morning m trying to cancel the order, so there is no option. On der website, customer service doesn't pick calls, finally i watsapped them that Me: i want to can my order Guy : kyu Me: i was able to arrange. Plz tell me how to to it. Guy; dispatch ho gya nahi yoga cancel Me : so do i return it on reaching Guy: order he kyu kiya tha Pehle he bahar se le leti Look at the way guy is talking. And it got more rough I told him window is 72hr. M doing it within the window period Guy. Nahi, malum nahi. Humble dispatch kr diya, chipka ke bhej diya, kya ab him print leke jate taste main n chipkate ki cancel ho gya I asked him i want to speak to someone who knows how to talk to customer's Guy: by (He literally wrote by, bus) I emailed them. I guess the same guy replied.,.in rude fashion I have filed a complained now.. All i wanted a polite person telling me wat could be done.
